Can Tea Tree Oil help Genital Warts?

I see this advertised across the web as a great way to get rid of genital warts. The method requires no doctors, they say. None of your friends need ever know. Certainly there's no costly or expensive surgery involved.

Well... sorry, but it's not true.

Tea trea oil is a homeopathic remedy that is claimed will help cure many ailments. It is a naturally occuring, and this is one of the many reasons it is currently en vogue.  Unfortunately there is absolutely no proof that it can do anything.

I have most definitely heard reports of tea tree oil soothing genital warts, but nothing concrete, nothing certain. I just can't see how this could remove the warts totally, and claims that it does are probably nonesense.

So what are the alternatives?

Surgery is an alternative. Not an attractive one, but you're sure of getting the genital warts cleared up there, whatever happens.

Another alternative to tea tree oil for genital warts is Wartol's Genital Wart solution. Definitely heard good things about it and it might be worth a go. Fortunately this is manufacturered with one eye on human biology and proper science, so it's more likely to actually be worth the price you pay! I'd love to hear comments from anyone who has tried it successfully.
